Installed on customer’s action. Turned, fitted, chambered, and polished. Headspace is normally set at the “GO to .001” over. I normally do not use any tight necks or other tight chamber dimensions, unless the customer is willing to purchase the tooling.
New Actions
I will
automatically square, lap, and chase the threads on a new action (unless
otherwise instructed) and charge accordingly.
I
can use any of the popular manufacture barrels at prevailing prices. I try to
keep some Krieger
and Lilja
barrels in inventory, but not
all calibers and twists can be kept on hand. Most barrel makers require a 60 to
90 day delivery time, sometimes longer depending on lead times.
