Ordering information:
Orders can be placed by calling us directly by phone, emailing, mailing, or faxing (call for phone number).
Shipping Policies:
We ship all orders using UPS ground service unless other arrangements are made up front. Insurance is required and added on every order. We ship back all items sent in for repair or gunsmithing work in the same package that it is received in (except complete rifles), so please make sure you have securely packaged your product to ensure a safe return back to you. If a rifle is received without a hard case, one will be provided for you and charged accordingly.
Payment Policies:
Payments can be made using Visa, Master Card, Money Order or personal or business checks (all checks will be held until the work is completed and ready to ship, if a check bounces, bank charges will be charged and another form of payment will be required).
Return Policies:
If you have an item you would like to return you must first contact us for an RA#, you will then need to ship the item (s) back in the same packaging it arrived from us in. When the item is received we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking charge. After careful inspection we will refund the price of the item only, no shipping charges will be refunded.
Special Notes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. You must be 18 or older to purchase products from us.
